* Recruit and deploy suitable manpower as per client requirements
* Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, wages, insurance, etc.)
* Provide trained and disciplined personnel
* Handle payroll, leave, and replacement
**Client Responsibilities
* Provide a safe working environment
* Define job roles and performance expectations
* Approve attendance and work schedules
Statutory Compliance
We shall comply with all applicable labor laws, including but not limited to:
* Minimum Wages Act.
* Provident Fund (PF).
* Employees State Insurance (ESI).
* Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
* Workmen Compensation / Insurance (T&C)
Deployment Timeline
